When is the International Conference 2018 taking place?

The International Conference is taking place from 12th – 14th April 2018.

 

How can I book tickets to the International Conference?

Tickets are available online through our dedicated Eventbrite page, which you can visit by following this link. If you would prefer to be invoiced or pay over the phone/by post, then please download this form, call 0333 405 4555 or email conference@bdadyslexia.org.uk.

 

What is the refund policy?

25% if notified by February 10, 2018. We regret that no refunds can be made after that date. Cancellations to be in writing please.

 

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

We regret that this is not possible.

 

Can I update my registration information once I have booked?

If you need to change your email address or contact information, please contact conference@bdadyslexia.org.uk

 

Where is the conference taking place?

The 2018 International Conference is taking place at Telford International Centre. More information on travel can be found by visiting the Travel Information page.

 

How much are tickets to the International Conference?

Ticket information can be found by following this link. Early Bird rates offering a significant reduction on the standard rates are available until October 31, 2017.

 

Do I have to buy a ticket for the whole International Conference or can I buy it for just a certain day?

You can buy individual day tickets or the full three-day package. Ticket information including prices can be found by following this link.

 

What is included in the ticket price?

Delegates will receive tea, coffee, refreshments and lunch within their ticket price as well as entry to the exhibitor’s area and academic poster competition.

 

Can I park at the venue?

There is free parking at the Telford International Centre. It is on a first come, first served basis.  The venue is approximately 10 minute walk from Telford Central train station.  Taxis are available from the station and there is a taxi rank at the venue also.

 

What disabled access is available at Telford International?

A number of disabled parking bays are available at the venue - please do alert our conference team if you hold a disabled parking badge, during the registration process. There is ramped access at all entrances/exits and throughout the building. The BDA can provide a dedicated walker-team for those delegates who would like to be escorted to their sessions.
