Poster Guidance
Poster presentations are a vibrant and interactive part of the conference, where researchers and practitioners can engage in informal and constructive discussion about the work being presented.
Poster presentations will be split across Thursday 2nd June and Friday 3rd June. Please refer to the poster presentation schedule to see which day you are presenting. Ideally posters should be on display since before the first session of the morning until after your presentation session in the evening. If this is not possible, please ensure your poster is on display 15 minutes before the start of your presentation session.
Poster boards will be clearly numbered. Please refer to your poster number on the poster presentation schedule to see on which board you should display your work.
If you are presenting on the Thursday, please ensure that you remove your poster at the end of the evening to enable Friday’s presenters to display their work the following morning.
